Fire & Fragrance is a global missions movement rooted in deep devotion to Jesus. We exist to serve the global church in the Great Commission mandate through worship and prayer, the awakening of youth movements, and the sending of pioneers to the least reached peoples of the world.

Wherever we go, we contend for spiritual awakening that flows from lives wholly surrendered to Christ and results in long-term obedience to His mission.

Driven by passion for Jesus

What defines the FF movement?

  1. Devotion to Jesus: Prayer, worship and a life in the Bible are central to everything we do.

  2. We are focused on building Jesus-centered youth movements.

  3. Our goal is to share Jesus with the least reached people on earth.

  4. Historic revivals inspire our faith and we believe God wants to meet and transform this generation.

Core Beliefs

Fire & Fragrance affirms the historic Christian faith as revealed in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments and summarized in the great confessions of the Church.

We joyfully affirm the Lausanne Covenant as a faithful expression of biblical, evangelical, and missional Christianity, standing in continuity with the global Church’s commitment to the authority of Scripture, the uniqueness of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace through faith, and the mission of God among all peoples.

In addition, we affirm the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed as faithful summaries of historic Christian orthodoxy, expressing the core beliefs of the Church handed down through the centuries regarding the Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), the incarnation, atoning work, resurrection, and return of Jesus Christ, and the hope of redemption and restoration.

We affirm the historic Christian sexual ethic: that marriage is the covenant union of one man and one woman for life, and that sexual intimacy is a gift from God to be expressed within marriage. We believe God created human beings in His image as male and female, and that this design is purposeful and good.We commit to honor every person with compassion and dignity while holding Scripture as our final authority and pursuing holiness through discipleship and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Holding these convictions together, Fire & Fragrance seeks to faithfully steward the historic Christian faith with humility and obedience, contending for deep devotion to Christ and the advancement of His mission among the nations.

Formational Cultures

Fire & Fragrance is not only shaped by what we believe and what we do, but by who we become. Our vision, values, and strategies are sustained by shared formational cultures that shape our inner life with God, our life together in community, and the way we lead and take responsibility for the mission entrusted to us.

Presence Centered

We believe we were created for intimacy with God and that all of life and mission must flow from abiding in His presence. Worship, prayer, and the Scriptures are not peripheral disciplines but the primary means by which we remain rooted in love for Jesus and bear lasting fruit.

Celebration

We cultivate a culture of joy, honor, and life-giving speech rooted in the love of God. Celebration reflects God’s heart toward His people and calls forth identity, destiny, and hope—choosing joy and encouragement even in the midst of difficulty and cost.

Extravagant Love

We believe the love of Christ is active, sacrificial, and willing to be inconvenienced for the sake of others. Extravagant love takes responsibility for people and places not our own, compelling us to cross boundaries, embrace cost, and pursue the lost with perseverance and compassion.

Faith

We live by faith rooted in the character and promises of God, expressed through simple, costly obedience over time. Faith shapes how we see the world—believing the harvest is ripe, the impossible is possible, and God is worthy of trust in every circumstance.

Happy Holiness

We pursue holiness not as legalism or restraint, but as joyful participation in the life of Christ. Holiness flows from our identity in Him and leads to greater freedom, deeper intimacy, and lives increasingly aligned with His character and ways.

Servant Leadership

We believe leadership modeled by Jesus is expressed through servanthood and responsibility. Servant leaders take initiative, bear burdens for others, and lead without self-promotion—following the example of Jesus, who came not to be served, but to serve and lay down His life.
